Return & Exchange Policy
All items sold at Bring The Leather are handcrafted after an order is placed. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer a 10-day size exchange window after delivery under the conditions outlined below.
10-Day Size Exchange Window
Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange. All exchange requests must be submitted within this 10-day window. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a size exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must include all original packaging
- The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or used outdoors are not eligible for exchange.
Handcrafted & Made-To-Order Disclaimer
All products are handcrafted after the order is placed. Natural variations in leather grain, color shading, and texture are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items for exchange.
Production & Processing
Once a size exchange is approved, production or reprocessing will begin after the returned item is received and inspected. Exchange processing time may vary depending on the product type and destination country.
Final Sale Items
Custom orders, personalized items, clearance items, and specially requested modifications are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Verified defects will be handled with repair or replacement at our discretion.
