Shipping Policy
Bring the Leather items are handcrafted to order by artisans in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. Please allow time for both production and carrier transit.
Made-to-order production
Production typically takes 10–15 business days before your order ships. Production time is separate from the carrier transit estimates below.
Where we ship and shipping costs
- Continental United States and Mexico: Free standard shipping on all orders. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are not included.
- Europe: Flat-rate shipping of $49.00 USD per order.
- Other countries: We currently ship only to the United States, Mexico and Europe. If you are located elsewhere, please contact creativeleather@yahoo.com before ordering.
Estimated carrier transit times
- United States: 3–5 business days after shipment, in addition to production time.
- Mexico: 3–5 business days after shipment, in addition to production time.
- Europe: 8–11 business days after shipment, in addition to production time.
Production and transit ranges are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, and customs processing can affect arrival times. For a time-sensitive order, please contact us before purchasing
Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships. If you have not received tracking information after the estimated production period, contact us for an update.
Customs, duties, and import fees
Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. These charges are not included in the $49.00 shipping rate, are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable. Customs processing may extend delivery beyond the estimated transit range.
